It is with heavy hearts that we are announcing that we will not be farming this year.

Rich and I have recently found out that we will have to leave our home and farm by July 1st, and we are heart broken, among many other things. We originally hoped that we could continue farming here until the fall and therefore wouldn’t cause a break in all of the goodness we had planned to grow and harvest for you this year. But circumstances have changed.

We cannot thank you enough or explain how much your support and encouragement has meant to us over the years. This farm has meant everything to us. We have poured our bodies and souls into this soil and have received so much in return. The lessons we have learned and connections we have made with you all along the way have brought so much joy and fulfillment into our lives. Thank you just doesn’t feel like it cuts it.

This spring, we will be focusing on tearing down and packing up the business we have built over these past 7 years, while trying to figure out where we will go next. We will also be giving ourselves time to care for my Mom, who is currently battling breast cancer, as well as to celebrate our upcoming wedding in August. 2022 has been and will continue to be a roller coaster, to say the least!

While we aren’t sure what is next, we are so SO grateful for all of you who have supported and believed in our dream since day one. If you would like to know what we will be up to next, feel free to subscribe to our mailing list below.

The sun may be setting on this chapter of our lives, but we know that this darkness is only temporary.

This isn’t goodbye, it’s just see ya later.

Until then, happy growing & happy eating!

- Rich & Kailey
